Rental Policies

  1. Payment for one time rental is due upfront and requires refundable deposit. In case any damages or loss deposit is not refundable.

  2. Late It is important that the products be returned promptly.  If you need it longer give us a call and if it’s not booked by someone else, we will work it out for you.

  3. Cancellations We understand that sometimes plans may change. Rental service can be canceled and refund issued up until 2 business days prior to the backdrop will be picked up or delivered. Orders canceled less than 2 business days prior to the scheduled date of shipment are subject to the full rental rate (fee), we will refund just the deposit.

  4. Look Some of the backdrops are not new already and may have slight imperfections. We are in charge of old ones and you will know which one

  5. Damage We expect the backdrop to be returned to us in the same condition - in a clean and proper look. You are responsible for any damages or loss, otherwise, you will pay full market amount of backdrops.
